Our Services

We specialize in physiotherapy and individual rehabilitation for people who have suffered accidents, slips, falls or sports injuries, as well as patients after orthopedic surgeries and/or with chronical conditions like back pain etc.

Functional training

Functional training is a systematic set of physical exercises that involves training the body for perfect activities in everyday life. This training is indispensable for people trying to feel confident in everyday life or adapt to new conditions.

Device physiotherapy

Device physiotherapy methods have proved to be effective in orthopaedic rehabilitation for pain and swelling relief, fracture healing, myorelaxation and myostimulation.

Manual therapy

Orthopaedic manual therapy is based on knowledge of the anatomy and biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system

Examination

Specialist examinations (muscle tests, posture tests, gait tests) determine the patient’s condition and help develop an individual rehabilitation program. If necessary, we can facilitate such tests as MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray etc.

Custom orthopaedic insoles

Make your steps easier! Individual orthopedic insoles (foot orthoses) allow to relieve foot pain and reduce the load on your feet and spine. Manufactured within 15 minutes in your presence.

Kinesiologic Taping

Treatment for injuries of ligaments and muscles, as well as swellings and hematomas by applying special adhesive tapes (kinesiotapes) speeds up the healing process, releaves pain and swelling and simultaneously performs a supporting function.

Custom orthotics

We design and manufacture individual orthoses (immobilizers, splints) used for fraction treatment, recovery after surgery, joint correction, rheumatoid arthritis, cerebral palsy and post-stroke conditions, as well as custom self-care aids.

Complex Rehabilitation

We offer rehabilitation as a complex custom program, which includes different methods of treatment, basing on the doctor’s prescription and the patient’s condition.

Examination

Functional tests allow a specialist to assess strength, agility, balance, proprioception, cardiorespiratory system, endurance, flexibility, coordination, accuracy and range of motion.

By means of the postural analysis individual features of the patient’s posture are defined. Most people are unaware of the importance of their posture: if you sit or move incorrectly, your entire spine and joints will suffer, and this will eventually lead to injury and chronic pain. Defect analysis and individual posture correction can relieve the patient of pain and prevent further injury.

With the help of gait analysis, specialists observe and evaluate gait disorders that form during the disease and postoperative condition.

Test results are used to determine when a patient will be ready to return to normal life and sports. After analyzing the test results, our specialists can offer an individual program in order to restore the patient to the lost function.

Complex Rehabilitation

Complex approach to rehabilitation requires the use of various methods of rehabilitation, such as therapeutic/rehab exercises, manual therapy, kinesiotherapy, device physiotherapy etc., which are selected by the physician depending on the current condition and needs of a patient. The combination of methods during one session enhances efficiency and allows to reach the patient’s optimum level of function.

Device Physiotherapy

Basing on your doctor’s prescriptions, the device physiotherapy methods can be included into your rehabilitation session, e.g. ultrasound therapy, magnetic therapy, laser therapy, phonophoresis, electric myostimulation etc. Device physiotherapy gives the best results when combined with manual therapy and therapeutic excersises.

Manual Therapy

Modern manual techniques have a wide range of effects on the body and are widely represented in our clinic. Our specialists are skilled in various manual techniques, e.g. joint and tissue mobilization, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, postisometric relaxation, therapeutic massage etc. Each rehabilitation program includes a set of manual techniques that are selected by the doctor basing of the patient’s condition.

Custom Orthotics

We design and manufacture individual orthoses (immobilizers, splints) used for fraction treatment, recovery after surgery, joint correction, rheumatoid arthritis, cerebral palsy and post-stroke conditions, as well as custom self-care aids.

Custom orthopaedic insoles

The main function of the foot is support and cushioning when walking. In normal condition, a foot has three points of support, which allow to minimize the walking impact load. In addition, a foot has many reflexogenic zones, which are responsible for the body position in space.
If there is a change in support, the body receives information about the change in posture, resulting in redistribution of muscle tension. With flat feet a chronic overload of feet, and accordingly, of all musculoskeletal system occurs.
Individual orthopedic insoles (foot orthoses) reduce the load on the lower extremities and spine. By restoring the arch of the foot, they not only improve the condition of the foot itself, but also compensate for the length difference of the limbs and eliminate knees and back pain associated with foot disorders.
Besides manufacturing custom insoles for you, our specialists can also help you with choosing the right shoes. Often, it is possible to significantly reduce feet and back pain just by wearing the right shoes and insoles!

Kinesiologic taping

Taping treatment is effective, painless and safe. With the right application of the tape, the patient experiences significant positive changes. Tape activates the body’s own defense mechanisms, without restricting freedom of movement. The elasticity of the tape is identical to the elasticity of the skin. This means that the tape has a direct effect on the epidermis. You can visually observe the waves in the direction of application of the tape, the so-called lifting. This leads to a rapid decrease in compression, resulting in the restoration of blood circulation and lymph flow. The pressure on the pain receptors decreases, as a result of which the pain is immediately reduced. Using different taping techniques, different effects can be achieved. In this case, one of the most important effects is stimulating the body’s ability to self-healing. Indications for the use of tape are treatment of injuries of the musculoskeletal system; pain in the back and shoulders, as well as in the knee joints and legs; reduction of inflammation, edema and bruising; treatment of lymphedema and hematomas; posture correction or change of joint position; improving proprioception; treatment of problems caused by excessive loads; influence on the properties of the fascia from mechanical to sensory stimulation. Also, tape is used to protect muscles and joints from overload, and when used correctly – to expand the range of motion.
